Transforming Boys. Building Nations.

We don’t train boys.
We build the men Africa is
waiting for.

Boycode Africa is not a programme. It is not a course. It is Africa’s most rigorous, most human, most consequential structured intervention for young men – a system that takes a boy from where he is and builds the man he was always meant to be. Technically skilled. Emotionally intelligent. Economically sovereign. Built to lead not just in Africa – but in the world.

Why We Exist

Africa does not have a talent problem. Africa has a formation problem.

The continent is not short of brilliant young men. It is short of the systems designed to recognise them, develop them, and place them where they can build something that matters.

65% of Nigeria’s 10.5 million out-of-school children are boys. 70% of sub-Saharan Africa’s unemployed youth are male. Boys are dropping out of school at four times the rate of girls due to economic pressure. Suicide rates among young African men have risen 40% in the last decade.

Unemployed, un-mentored, emotionally unformed young men do not simply disappear. They become victims of gender-based violence. The crime. The instability. The crisis the world keeps trying to solve without ever getting to the root.

Boycode Africa gets to the root.

Let’s take you on our journey of empowering the Boy Child.

The Boycode Difference

Most programmes teach skills.
We engineer transformation.

There are hundreds of coding bootcamps in Africa. There are thousands of youth development initiatives. Most of them are doing good work in isolation. What makes Boycode different is not the curriculum. It is the architecture.

We do not separate technical training from emotional formation. We do not teach a boy to code while ignoring the fact that he grew up without a father figure, that he has never been told he is worth something, that he carries shame about where he came from. We build the whole man.

Four pillars. Built simultaneously. No exceptions.

Pillar What It Means? Why It Matters?
Capability
Technical mastery, digital fluency, economic skills
A man who cannot earn cannot lead. Period.
Character
Emotional intelligence, integrity, discipline, identity
Talent without character is a liability, not an asset.
Community
Brotherhood, mentorship culture, collaborative leadership
No man builds anything great alone. Not one.
Contribution
Service beyond self, civic responsibility, generational impact
A man who only earns for himself has missed the point of his life.
PROGRAMS OVERVIEW

THREE PILLARS. ONE MISSION. AN ENTIRE GENERATION.

Boycode Africa does not operate a single program. It operates an ecosystem — three integrated pillars, each one a different expression of the same conviction: that Africa’s boys deserve better systems than the ones they inherited.

  • Boycode Bootcamp

THE FLAGSHIP — Where transformation becomes a system. A 7-day residential camp. Three months of structured digital training across six skill tracks. A mentorship network of 120+ professionals. Internship placement. Graduation. Alumni Brotherhood. The most rigorous male youth development program on the African continent. Not because we say so. Because the data does.

  • Boycode Conference

THE GATHERING — Where Africa talks about its boys. An annual continental summit driving the global narrative on masculinity, innovation, leadership and purpose. Not a youth event. A leadership gathering. Founders. Policymakers. Educators. Investors. Mentors. And the young men themselves — because no conversation about boys should happen without boys in the room. 3,000+ in 2025. 10,000 targeted for 2026.

  • Boycode Studio

THE VOICE — Where the story gets told. Media advocacy. Documentaries. Campaigns. Podcasts. The stories that shift how Africa sees its young men — and how young men see themselves. Because you cannot become what you cannot see, and Africa’s boys have been told the wrong story for too long.

THE STORY THAT STARTED IT ALL

BEFORE BOYCODE, THERE WAS A BOY.

In 2021, Erioluwa walked into our first cohort at 15. He was living with his grandparents. No clear path forward. He was applying to become a school teacher — not because it was his dream, but because it was the only door he could see open.

Eighteen months later, he was interning as a product designer at Nomba — earning ₦150,000 a month, supporting his family, mentoring other boys from his community. Today, he studies Software Engineering in Rwanda on a full scholarship. He is a Boycode Alumni Ambassador and a living, breathing refutation of the idea that a boy’s origin determines his destination.

That is not a success story. That is a system working. And Erioluwa is not the exception. He is the proof of concept.

We did not suddenly get lucky. We simply ran out of room to be ignored.

FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS A STAKE

THIS IS NOT JUST A CHARITY.
IT IS AN INFRASTRUCTURE.

Boycode Africa is structured to serve every stakeholder who has a stake in Africa’s future – because our boys do not exist in isolation. When a boy succeeds, a family stabilises. When a family stabilises, a community grows. When a community grows, a nation develops. When enough nations develop, a continent transforms.

We are not asking for your charity. We are offering you a vehicle. The most efficient, evidence-based, human-centred vehicle for transforming the trajectory of African boys that exists on this continent today.
